Joe Devlin is a Consultant Rheumatologist and Adjunct Senior Lecturer in the Limerick Hospitals Group. He qualified from UCD in 1988 and has worked as a consultant rheumatologist since 1998. He has published in the areas of early rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, and fibromyalgia. He served as a HSE national director from 2009-2012 in the area of patient safety. He was appointed to the University Hospitals Limerick Group in 2012 and provides clinical services in Croom, Nenagh and Limerick.
